Applications for Erasmus+ Worldwide Staff Exchange Program for 2019-2020 Academic Year

Office of International Programs is delighted to announce the opportunity of new exchange destinations with Erasmus+ Worldwide (International Credit Mobility-ICM) funding. Applications for Erasmus+ Worldwide Staff Exchange Mobility are now open. Deadline for applications is 22/11/2019.

The last information session for Erasmus+ Worldwide Staff Exchange Program will be held on the following date:

• Nov 14th, 13:00-14:00, Loc: Student Council Room

APPLICATION:
Please apply via KUAPP (http://kuapp.ku.edu.tr) between 01/11/2019-22/11/2019.

Documents to be uploaded on KUAPP:

• CV in English
• Letter of Motivation and potential impact
• Special Needs Statement (if applicable)

For Administrative Staff members only:

• Confirmation letter stating you can participate in the Erasmus+ training mobility program for the proposed date/duration, signed by your supervisor.

• English Language Certificate for administrative staff (one of the following should be submitted with the application)

§  The staff member who studied at English taught university can present a copy of her/his diploma
§  The staff member who took an English proficiency test by HR can present the result of that test
§  The staff member with no language proficiency test score/document can ask for an interview with ELC department and receive a document stating his/her level of English.

You can find the sample application video on our website. Selected staff will be nominated to partner universities by OIP after the selection. Applicants do not need to contact partner universities during the application period. Once selected, OIP will nominate KU staff to host university and will assist in finding a host department/person.
