Our recent PhD graduate Houman Bahmani Jalali, who got his degree in September 2020 under the supervision of Associate Professor Sedat Nizamoğlu, won the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship, which is one of the most prestigious and competitive funding schemes in the world. Dr. Houman Bahmani Jalali will be hosted by Italian Institute of Technology, Genova for his project titled “Fully RoHS compliant infrared light-emitting diodes based on novel lead-free quantum dots” and he will receive a total support of 171,473 Euros for his 2-years project.
